The customer had a site built with a company that ended up having terrible customer support that locked them into their platform and wouldn't make timely changes or updates for them. The customer felt stuck.

  • Helped the client come up with a website design

  • Helped the user get setup in Google Business
  • Showed them how to get Google reviews
  • Gave advice on hosting and setup the site in GoDaddy (where they had their domain already registered)
  • Helped setup custom domain email accounts
